Here's something I've never thought about:
One problem with teleportation is that all the computers and machines in the world can’t manage the task of taking a person apart atom by atom and putting it back together.
The other, philosophical, problem is: Would the person after teleportation still be the “same”? Or would it be a new, different person, only merely similar to the original one?

Obviously, the more interesting question is the second. The first is just a matter of time. Sooner or later, you'll be able to take people apart atom by atom with your phone. But once you phone them somewhere else, will it still be them?
What do you think?
